What trolling motor do you have?
I purchased a used 2017 Triton back in Feb. Great boat, but has some older electronics on it and looking to upgrade electronics.
It currently has an old Lowrance and old humminbird at the console, which need upgrading
It also has a Mega360 on a 9" screen, which is fine and I will keep that on the boat at this time, but will upgrade screen size at a later date.
I will be putting Garmin Livescope on the front no matter what.
I would like for my units to be networked together to be able to see waypoints and everything work in an ideal situation.
This is the 3 options I have.
Option 1 - dual 12" Garmin Echomaps at the console, 1 12" Garmin echomap at the bow, 1-9" Humminbird at the bow for the 360
Option 2 - dual 12" Humminbird at the console, 1 12" Garmin echomap at the bow, 1-9" humminbird at the bow for 360
Option 3 - single 16" Garmin GPSMap at console, single 16" Garmin GPSmap at the bow, 9" humminbird at the bow for 360
What would be the best setup, to be able to crappie and bass fish on most of the TN river lakes, and maybe some lakes in MS?

It has a Ultrex on it.

If I knew I was going to use livescope I would just use the largest garmin for everything I could easily afford
With the Ultrex I would go with Humminbird Units at the console and the large Garmin for the Livescope and the other Hbird for the Mega 360. You really only need one unit at the console because they network with each other (Ultrex, Mega360, Fish Finders).
I assume your Garmin will be the standalone LS unit. I agree with SuperDave to get the biggest you can afford.

I'm with others saying that you may want to use Humminbird if you have Ultrex except for Garmin for Livescope; you might have to upgrade the Ultrex to i-Pilot Link to take full advantage. I have an old 360 (non-MEGA) that I use in combination with my Livescope on the bow, while I still have an old Humminbird 1199 at the console for sidescan and maps. If you think that you want to go Garmin Force for the trolling motor, then you might want to be heavier on the Garmin fishfinders and still leave the M360 on the bow. I see nothing wrong with keeping both brands, since there is some value to getting a 360 scan of you position that you can't get in other ways other than maybe 2 LS/AT/MLive used simultaneously.
Since the Ultrex is top of the line Minn Kota I assume you plan to keep it. With ipilot and the bird unit you can use follow the contour feature if you plan on trolling. And in that case you would want the maps on the bird as well meaning you would probably want birds at the console so you can network and share data/maps.
