    looking at updating or upgrading. Opinions?

    I have used Navionics. It worked well for my needs.

    I use C-Map now. I started because that was loaded on my Lowrance finders. Now that I'm used to it and have everything saved in their app, I've just stayed with it. I love the shaded relief and contours. I think you can't go wrong with either one.
