    Default Magic Box Wiring Diagram

Basic connections. This should do the magic trick for the V2 Ipilot foot control.

No guarantees and not responsible for your application or wiring. This is free. Requires some wiring and soldering skills. Name: V2 intereface.jpg

If I could get the right MK connectors, you could have the I pilot and Foot pedal selectable with a switch. With the above circuit, you have an "OR" situation. You must connect the round cable to the I pilot OR the round cable to the foot pedal.

Here you go. All you need is a switch.

This will not work with V2 AP control board. You would need to change the power control to a non autopilot type to use MK foot pedal.

The circuit I showed prob 20 dolla total. I am sure the control board is much cash more, but it does give the convenience of not having to connect-disconnect round cable.

With the Ipilot, you could do this mod with the switch and use the the remote for speed and steering. BUT you would need add a foward/reverse switching when switched from Ipilot.

Or you can just use the switch diagram I showed, like I have been doing ever since I posted it with my v2 powerdrive. I just switch from foot pedal to ipilot and flip the switch when i want to change from one to the other. It takes maybe 7 or 8 seconds.

I bet you could count on your hand how many people have a pre 2015 auto pilot motor, bought an ipilot accessory and then want to use a foot pedal also.

My honest opinion these days is just sell the motor and buy a terrova, the terrova foot pedal is so much better and the new Bluetooth motors are worth the upgrade alone. Im constantly hating the PD foot pedal, I wish i would have just bought the terrova. I dont use the foot pedal enough to justify it now, i seem to always be spot locked or trolling.

I understand where you are coming from. I have 2 ulterras. Cat's meow.

Do you switch the round cable between foot pedal and Ipilot or do you leave the Ipilot cable hooked and use it for speed contrl when switched to the foot pedal position?
