    Default Livescope pole question

I have seen all the videos about making a pole for your livescope transducer out of pvc, my question is do they hold up . Never saw anything about how they worked and held up just how they are made.

I haven't had the least bit of a problem out of mine.

From a plumbers position, PVC is pretty darned durable just don't leave it in the direct sun for the next ten years or so, could get brittle.

Boat stays inside when not in use. I was wonder about if it would flex too much

The pvc won't flex, but your holder for it might.

Mine doesn't flex and stays where I set it. If you plan to utilize Ram mounts, I recommend at least a size C, because I had some issues with the size B moving if i trolled too fast with in pointed to the side. I've been debating on swapping to one of the Rockbros bike repair stands, because I think it will be a little quicker to deploy and recover.
