I still don’t understand why HB will not increase HELIX waypoint capacity ...

Would seem the HB Helix units are very stressed on capacity now.

Long "chart loading" times when using Navionics+ map chips.

A few more Wpoints just may be the tipping point to overload and meltdown.

I manage all my waypoints from the computer through Google Earth. I have them separated by lake. Whatever lake I go to I load waypoints for it on to unit and when done fishing I download waypoints from unit and upload to Google Earth. This helps keep your waypoints down as well as in the event I were to ever lose/damage my unit I don’t lose all my waypoints.
