    Default Aluminum boat transducer

I seen that they have a couple of transducers claiming to shoot through aluminum. Anybody have any experience with these ? I have a Lowrance hds5 on a Ranger RT 188 and would rather spend a little extra if it works .

I am thinking about trying one . I’m tired of breaking my transducer. A lot of stumps and trees here in Louisiana
