I seen that they have a couple of transducers claiming to shoot through aluminum. Anybody have any experience with these ? I have a Lowrance hds5 on a Ranger RT 188 and would rather spend a little extra if it works .

that question came up some years ago and i was on a mechanic site with a man in Canada . when i asked hem about that hesaid yes and he was installing one that day . you can`t have air bubbles in the epoxy.
