Thread: Garmin chip question

I have 2 Garmin 93 sv echo plus, one at bow and one at helm that are linked together, and each unit has its own transducer ( gt 52 ) and micro sd card in slots ( 32gb SanDisk ) . I am wanting to get the lake vu g3 map sd card . my question is do I need to purchase the card for each unit ($199. ) ?

No. One card will be seen on both units.
