This might answer your question. I am pretty sure your going to have issues getting the pod and wet switches covered by at least a inch of water for it to work. The shaft length of the ultrex mega 360 is 39” and the pod is another 9”. Your better off to maybe get a separate attachment device like a DaDucer from podunkideas.com and install the mega 360 on it. Or buy the Mega 360 Universal which has a 50” shaft length. HB website shows out of stock but give bbc marine electronics, a crappie.com sponsor as he might have one in stock if you choose to go that route. I have my mega 360 in a DaDucer and really like the setup.

Mega 360 shaft length

Check this posting out as I double posted the walleye boat install. Sorry about that.

I think it will work on mine i have 42 inches from mounting holes to top of motor on mine.
The way i have mine adjusted it is like using a 54 inch shaft motor
I called humminbird an they guaranteed me it would work with a 60 inch shaft but i wouldnt trust that
Anyways im gonna put boat in water an do some more checking today

There’s been a few post on bbc forum,,calling HB and getting told same thing,,,but I think most users divert to a add on setup like the DaDucer or other apparatus to attach the Mega 360 to. I really think it’s the reason HB came out with their version of their Universal model as well as other trolling motors it can’t be adapted to also.
