Contact the factory for info.
I have a Minn Kota 330D onboard charger that is over charging my 2 12 volt trolling motor batteries. I checked them last night and both batteries had over 16 volts each. I checked them with everything disconnected from them. Does anyone know how much each of the charger leads should be readings.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

Leave them disconnected from charger and everything else for 24 or so. Then check and see where they are. Sounds like one could have a shorted cell.

I disconnected them both last night and checked them this morning and they both individually are the same as they were last night. 16.8 and 16.9 volts.

I would have checked with Minn Kota, but they don't answer the phone on the weekends.

I have never tried to charge batteries to that high a level, but I am surprised they will hold at that high a voltage .... are you sure your meter is working correctly? Maybe check a different battery to make sure.

Looking for the one that makes it all worthwhile.
measure a 1.5 volt battery with your meter
