Lots of discussions about that at bbc ... (mostly with MEGA 360 lost pop ups tho)
You can turn Sonar off the console unit instead of Standby and use the console unit as a chart plotter only ...

So I just linked my 2 Helix 9 gen3s with a new Ultrex. When I shut off outboard to fish I always put console unit in Standby . Now I continually get a message on my bow unit "SI signal lost....shut down yes or no. Doesn't matter if I click yes or no it keeps coming back. Only way to get rid of it is to power down console head unit but then units won't share waypoints. Any ideas ?

Just curious if both units have their own transducers attached or do you share anything besides waypoints under Network? Are the units running the latest software that added capability for MEGA 360? Even though I don't have the Gen3 units, I suspect as Rickie there may be an ongoing software issue that was created with the addition of the M360 software and believe they are aware of it.
