I believe it would be just fine, I have a terrova 45” on a Ranger 188 and it works great.

Can anyone tell me if a 45" shaft Ulterra is long enough for a Tracker Pro Team 175 TF? The TM on the boat now is a 45".

Ranger RT 188 (2016)
Mercury 4 stroke 115
Garmin 93sv bow
Garmin 106 live scope & console
I have one and only in high winds will it catch some air. I am moving my 2 trolling batteries to the front compartment that will help. 99.9% it will be just fine.
I have a polar Kraft 16' which is just the same as a tracker. I put art Ulterra on mine. Trimmed almost all the way Down about 3/4. Works great and it's the best improvement next to the ethernet I put in.

I have the 45inch ulterra on an 18 foot tracker tundra if I had a do over I would go longer. You lose shaft lenght because of the size of the collet (probably not correct name) if by yourself you have to sit in the front or cannot go faster than 3 or the prop is half out of the water If 2 people then you have to have heaviest in front or the same problem
45 will be fine in that pro team . You dont want to go longer or the trolling motor will be taking up too much room in your boat or hanging way out over the side making it prone to knocking the head off of the tm when going through trees or docking on that side of the boat. And u can not cut down an ulterra shaft like you can a terrova.
I have a Tracker Pro V 17 and I looked into getting a 45" Terrova for my boat. I emailed MK via the MK website and asked them on the 45" Terrova how much shaft was there below the mounting plate. MK told me on the Terrova there was only 32" below the mount. I need a minimum of 34" so I opted to get the 54" shaft.
Why guess? MK's website is very easy to use and they will answer quickly so there is no reason to not go straight to the source.
