A lot of Livescope users go with Garmin's GPSMAP 1022 exclusively for Livescope, no sonar, no transducer, comes with world wide maps plus you can add G3 lake maps. If you run it on a network with another compatible chartplotter with sonar this unit can share that sonar.
1022 > $1,199. 1222 > $1,899.

You want a map get 106sv or 1042
No map 1022.
FYI. 93 sv+ works well and saves you $, 9 inches

Think I read where the 93 has a bad glare compared to the GPS but I may be mistaken

I have the 1222, if I wanted to stay at 10” I’d go 1022.

Is the echo map ultra 102 any better as far as resolution and picture quality vs the GPS 1022? Just weighing the options with touch screen vs non touch screen.

102 and 106 have higher resolution than 1022.
