Thread: Helix 10 side imaging screen freezing?

I purchased a used helix 10 g2n mega side imaging unit. It came with the unit and brand new side image transducer and brand new 2d transducer.

The first time I got to use it and turned on the side scan it would periodically freeze the screen.

I tried to call into hummingbird help line, left my number for them to call back and didn't get a call. So i figured i would check here. If anyone had any tips.

The first thing everyone is going to want to know is how you have the unit wired and what voltage the unit displays compared to the battery voltage.
You can view voltage on the system status screen .... or my favorite is to set one of the data boxes to display voltage so you can see what it is at a glance all the time.
