    Default Networking via ethernet cables

I have all my new electronics mounted in my boat and need to know how to run the ethernet cables. I have two Helix 10s gen3 fish finders and transducers, a 360 mega, a Terrova with Ilink and a built in transducer and an Ethernet port box. I would appreciate if someone would post a diagram of where each cable from them all go to and from.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

Some smart guys will provide the details on networking but assuming you have the adapter cables for each helix you basically run a cable from each unit in the network (helix 1,helix 2, iLink, etc). to a port in the 5 port hub. It doesn’t matter which port you use for each. I am interested in how you plan to set up the transducers. Are you going to run the splitter cable for the 360, use the helix TDs or the one in the Terrova?

Anyone free to correct but I think this is the way it should go.

Mega 360 transducer connects to 1st Helix
    This transducer also supplies Mega+SI

Terrova built in transducer connects to 2nd Helix(another adapter cord needed) as long as it is NOT a US2(83/200) transducer. The MDI transducer is okay.

Each helix will need an Ethernet adapter cord.

The Terrova comes with a 30' Ethernet cord and goes to the Ethernet hub

Each Helix will need an Ethernet cable connected to the Ethernet adapter cable and and then connected to Ethernet hub.

I believe the Helix only has 1 transducer port so both Helix units can only accept 1 transducer at a time.

(As MikeF noted) Is the Terrova built in xducer? ...:

    *MDI
    *MSI

Yes the 2D transducer is built into the Terrova and I have a transducer for one of the Helix mounted on the Terrova as well. The Helix on the console has it's transducer mounted on the transom.
Both Helixs are Mega DI gen3.

As MikeF noted - - If the built in xducer is the US2 - it is 83/200kHz and it should not be used with the G3N ...
