Default 1 hr with Garmin tech, guess what fixed it

Livescope with 106 sv were not finding my Active Captain phone app which is really important in how Garmin has this set up.
EVERYTHING was seemingly correct as the customer service guy tried and tried to help me.
Finally he said he'd email me with instructions on various things i needed to photograph and send in.
    Phone call was over.....

I was ready to shut it down but didn't. Decided to mess with it more.
Found a "factory reset " button.
    Pushed it.
5 minutes of logging in. Password, and maybe more stuff, BAMO it was fixed.

    REMEMBER-FACTORY RESET!!!

Reset has probably fixed more electronics than all the other fixes combined.

Brett, is this the reason for no fishing reports? I thought you had your live scope up and running and were waiting on Tackleboat to get off the water so you could fish some. Glad you got it figured out. You know we all are waiting on some pictures of the live scope from your boat.
