I have a Stanley Fat Max rechargeable LED that works pretty well. Waterproof and it floats. Not too big
Looking to find a good hand held spotlight to help run down the lake at night. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Reviews are all over the place on amazon. Thx

Depends on how much money u want to spend...I have a seelite spot light I use for duck hunting. It’s a little pricey but I doubt you will find a handheld that’s brighter.
Good point, I’d like to stay under $100 if possible and it be battery powered or rechargeable
I bought a Ryobi P717 last year and it is simply amazing. YouTube

I have been using a rechargeable Coleman LED Triple-Beam for about 8 years with no problems. It holds a charge for a long time and is bright up close and at distance. My only complaint about the light is it gets kind of heavy after prolonged use. Good luck in your search.
I am using RAYOVAC Spotlights. A friend recommended this lamp after using one for some months as bright and rugged. In terms of the quality of the light, I can say that this product is one of the best. It can produce up to 750 lumens and up to 430 meters of beam distance. As a boat owner, that is a huge light output that can help when navigating in darkness. I also like the trigger switch which gives you the ability to choose between three energy-saving modes.
