    Default Using a different transducer

I have a Helix 7 chirp si gen3n that I can't get to read either one my Lakemaster or Navionics cards. I have installed each card into my Humminbird 999 si di finder and they both work perfectly. My question is can I use the chirp mega transducer on my 999?
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

    Default

Try Restore Defaults under the Setup tab first ...

Then try installing a blank SD card and try to capture a ScreenShot by pressing and holding the Mark button ... If the ScreenShot fails to capture - the card slot in the unit may be malfunctioning ...

You can share fixed frequencies from a CHIRP unit to a non-chirp unit by shutting off all CHIRP in the "CHIRP configuration" Menu under the Setup tab ...

MEGA (1200kHz) will not share to numbered series core units regardless ...
