Default How to use two ducers with one Helix Mega unit?

What would be the best way to use a transom mounted and a trolling motor mounted transducer on the same head unit? I thought it would be no problem, just using Minn-Kota's transducer switch, but I now read that their switch isn't compatible with Mega units.
Anyone have any suggestions besides buying a second head unit? Thanks guys.

Unplug and plug is your only option without a second head unit ...

I might have a similar setup
Sharing the transducers VIA the Ethernet connection
    Checkout the networking tab selections
The older US2 trolling motor transducer and a MEGA SI transducer on the transom
The Helix up front gets 2D/depth/temp from the trolling motor transducer and DI/SI from the rear transducer
The console mount units uses the rear transducer exclusively
