The best bang for your buck would be a 93sv plus which was 599 if you can find a place that still has them in stock..as far as mounting the LiveScope on the Ulterra, that will be tougher but I’ve seen some people be creative routing the cable.
I've got two Helix 10s on my boat. Helix 10 SI gps gen1 on my dash. A 10 gps tied in with ethernet on bow. I have a Ulterra self deploy min-kota with I pilot link. I'm really interested with the Gamin liveview but know nothing about Garmin. What Garmin monitor do I need to get? I think 9 in is as big a you can get. Can it be mounted to the ulltera or is it better mounting it different because of spot lock? I appreciate any opinions or ideals.

You can use a Garmin 1042 which has a 10" screen, but it runs about $1,800. BPS will have the 93SV on sale again for $599 in their Spring Classic starting Feb 14. These will be 2018 models..only difference in the 2019 models is changes to mapping. Also Corn Field Crappie has a mount that will work for your Ultera for $249.

I have had Garmin Echomap Plus 93SV with Livescope for 4 weeks now. I mounted it on a separate home made Tiller handle transducer holder so I can aim it in different direction than Trolling motor and also take it to back of boat to see jigs and fish long line trolling. Me personally would not mount it to trolling motor. I made my rig so I can move both the Garmin 93SV and tiller handle transducer mount for different types of fishing. Tight lining, long lining, dock shooting, brush pile jigging. I can see my jig being pulled 65 ft behind boat!

If I get the unit I'm defiantly going to mount it separate from the trolling motor.
Did you run a extra power cord to transom?
Fellas go to www. fishingspecialties.com and look at their transducer poles. The even have a mount especially for the live scope. Great people will answer all your questions.
