    Default Transducer mounting

Going to mount the new si ducer on the transom. Can I use an epoxy instead of drilling holes? Aluminum bass tracker.

I guess ya could glue it on ... but I wouldn't trust it to stay glued ...

Some use a mounting board attached to the transom like Stern Saver ...

Glue works, but you need to apply it to a plastic board with plenty of surface area. Then screw your ducer to the board.

A chunk of cutting board works well, as mentioned.
