Thanks. Will post back when have tried some of the things mentioned. The low voltage alarm is already set at 10.5, 10 being the lowest setting by HB. New battery would help probably, but no room. Will change wire size first and see how that does ..
Thanks. The units are not shutting down, just the alarms. The default is already set at 10.5 now .. and that's what the alarm says when it goes off .. within a very short period of time. Looks like Humminbird allows voltage alarm to go to 10 at lowest. You can turn the alarm off, but don't want to do that.. want to figure out how to fix it. I'm going to try some of the things here .. just wish I had room for another battery too!

First question I have to ask is, what is your voltage at the battery and what is the voltage at the unit(s)? Battery should be 12.4 to 12.6 volts on a charged battery with surface charge removed. Units should be within a few tens of that. Should have a system screen on unit that gives you voltage the unit is seeing. Had similar problem on my Helix 12. !2.4 volts at battery but 11.6v at unit. That indicates a voltage drop due to high resistance. Turned out to be inline fuse holder. Removed fuse holder and went straight to fuse block. No more issues.

Thanks ... yep the battery was 12.5 and the unit was 11.1 so definite line loss. We don't have fuse holder, but going to change wire size today to see if that helps ..
PS See you're Dan's Jigs... I'm Dan also .. make jigs too.
