    Default Garmin 250C

I know it is an antique but I really like it on my trolling motor. Problem is it is hard to view similar to what a tv looks like if it has been hit by lightening. I tried waving a magnet over it but it didn't help. Any thoughts or is it just shot? TIA

I'm not smart enough to answer your question per se, therefore I'd recommend calling Garmin CS and seeing what your options might be. I had a 500c that finally shot craps and it was still repairable under the flat rate fee system they have. Really liked that unit and toyed with fixing it, but opted instead to go with imaging. For me, I made the right call.

Thanks for the reply TeeDee, I sent an email to Garmin CS about it. I will call Monday but like you will probably be buying another unit.
