    Can you get down imaging off a humminbird from the built in transducer in the minn Kota
    ulterra .

    I wish minnkota would build them with what ever transducer you wanted built in.

    To many types of transducer's on the market. Easy fix. Rickies bracket for transducer's or cornfieldcrappiegear's stand off mount for transducer cable

    I wish MK would sell them w/o a TD! Less chance of water getting in, only 2D.
    When I’ve been in the market, I’ve never found one sans transducer.

    I think we all wish that! Unfortunately Humminbird/Minn Kota have yet to be able to overcome the massive amount of RF interference the motor puts out to be able to have an internal DI and/or SI transducer function properly.

    Perhaps that is a limitation but I assure you the large excellent transducer that came with the Helix 10 Mega everything works just fine strapped to the foot of the Ulterra. You also have the option of the Da Ducer that Rickie produces (extremely helpful member at Crappie.com) to be able to run whatever transducer you wish. The US2 is inadequate for the avid fisherman, in my opinion, and an unfortunate limitation by Minn Kota.
