Same thing ,on both units.run 360 on the third fasted setting.leave contrast on default.adjust sensitivity to liking (keep it turned down as much as you can).works pretty good moving at slow speeds or sitting stationary.

I have fished with Ree's Guide using that set up on a 1198. Once you figure out what you are looking at I works pretty good spider rigging. See out front a bit to the sides so you can maneuver toward bait schools and fish.
