LOWRANCE HDS7 GEN 2 TOUCH Question
I just bought one fro Gander Mnt. on clearance and want to know will it work with my XI5? Anything I need to know, upgrading from the Lowrance x510c. thanks for any help/advice.

I have Lowrance units on my new to me boat, gen 2 touch hds. I have a Minn Kota Fourtrex that is new but don't like the foot control. Would like the xi5 I think. Interested in the responses you get to your post.

I've got both, MK & MG, 80#, Ipilot & XI5. Much prefer MG. Spot lock not accurate on MK, keeps u within 50 ft, lol. It's a joke, I c why everybody has to go to HBs & a I link!!!
