I recently made a big purchase and spent a bunch of hard earned dollars on a Helix 12 Mega Chirp SI Gn2. After installing the unit I noticed that some buttons we're sticking after pressing them. I finally contacted Humminbird today about this issue and was pleased with there response and eagerness to get this issue fixed for me! They emailed a FedEx shipping label to me, said FedEx would come pick it up, they will take 3-5 days on repair and ship it back to me. Always great to see a company stand behind there products with little to no hassle for their customers

I have had complaints over my long years with Humminbird. None of the complaints were ever involved their customer service. It is indeed top notch.
Excellent customer service experience here too. A bonus is they understand English, not just speak it but actually understand what your saying. Unlike most other customer service centers in other countries. Glad to see HB Customer Service in country.

I have never had any problems with my unit but that is good to know it I ever do.
When I bought my unit my 1st big purchase I called hb customer service, while on the lake and they talked me through a little twicking and gave me a little tutorial . Great Service.

Since I've owned Humminbird units I've had to deal with CS twice. Same experience both times, top notch service!
