Default Best idea for mounting a fish finder in a tiller handle boat?

I have an aluminum boat with t- lock and was wondering what ideas anyone may have for mounting my 7" screen in the back boat is a tiller handle.

Possibly use a swing arm type ram mount

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Take 2 1/4 20 carriage head bolts. Grind head flat on 2 sides until it fits into T rail. Drill 2 holes in the mounting bracket for finder. Put bracket on bolts install lock washers and nuts. Can slide it up and down rail. Cost about 2 dollars.

Use the two carriage bolts to mount a piece of thick cutting board material or thinner aluminum to the track, then mount the FF base to the cutting board/aluminum material. Ram mounts usually have a round shaped base, and would probably need a larger mounting surface than the t track would provide, so use the cutting board/metal material for stability.

Yes, like jimp said you could use either, or a piece of aluminum angle wide enough for your base. And your not limited to just 2 bolts. So strength and rigidity shouldn't be a issue. I have all kinds of stuff mounted on the T rail of my war eagle.

I have a aluminum plate with a 1/2 in pipe bolted to it. On this I have 4 spider lock rod holders mounted on the pipe. Got this in back end of my stick steer for spider rigging or pulling cranks.
