    Default MyHumminbird Account Problems

Does anyone else have issues with their MyHumminbird account? I am trying to add a unit, and check for updates on new unit and old unit, the account won't let me do anything. I add a 12 digit serial number and it says invalid, try to change my password and it won't let me access that info. My computer is a Macbook not sure if that has something to do with it or not.

I was logged in just the other day and deleted an old HB that died w/o issues. Guess you could call 'em.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

The serial number must be entered into the "Register My Product" exactly as it appears on the tag on the back of the head unit ...

xxxxxxxx-xxxx (the dash must be present for the HB website to recognize the serial number) ...

*The first two digits represent year ...
*The next two digits represent month ...
*The next two digits represent day ...
*The next two digits represent manufacturing line ...
*The four digits after the dash represent sequential unit built on that line, on that day ...

The serial number listed in the System Status view on the head unit itself doesn't show the dash on some units ...
