HB Chart Select Questions
Having trouble downloading my Chart Select map, SmartStrike and aerial view for Lake of the Oz. First two attempt it stated download was corrupt. Now it is stuck downloading the il10A.bin at 73.88 % and I bet after an hour or two will once again say download corrupt.
I bought a brand new 32 GB SD, encrypted in the HB Helix 10 Si GPS unit and properly selected the unit and card. Anybody else's have issues with using Chart Select?
Also, when using the app on my iPad, the SmartStrike doesn't seem to be an option. Do I have to do something to activate it?

Thought I would share an update. Finally got around to calling HB customer service. For a Monday morning I was happy with the wait time, less than 5 minutes. Spoke to a lady and answered a bunch of questions like unit, software version on unit, computer, software version on computer, sd card, size and brand, etc. after taking my info she said she would have to consult the tech and call me back. She called back today and said they are having a problem with the aerial view for LOZ 2014 that is likely causing the issue and asked me to please try downloading again for just the map contours and smart strike. I will give it another try once I get some time. Overall good CS.

Ok, tried download just the contour map and still got the same error. I took screenshots of everything and sent to HB. They said they will take a look at it and see what may be causing the issues. Can someone on here confirm they have successfully downloaded a map using a MAC for a gen 1 helix unit?
