GARMIN QUICKDRAW
Just installed Garmin Quickdraw on my Echomap 73SV and it charts the lake in 1' increments as you pass over them. Really impressed at the charts. I fish Caney Res in La and no maps are available. You can go up to 10 mph and chart or it will chart will you are fishing. Was a free download. Garmin Quickdraw™ Contours Will post some pics when I can.

I have the Quickdraw on my chirp 93sv Garmin and recently covered a 37 acre conservation lake here (Tywappity). I was very surprised by the quality produced from only one pass. I made sure I covered the shoreline (paralleled) as best I could and then went back and forth across the open water and coves. Had a few revelations. I did upload to the Quickdraw community. I am going to continue with the map and see if it gets enhanced further with additional trips. Also plan to map a couple of smaller private lakes in the area. Really cool deal, and all you have to do is push one button.
