I've worn glasses for most of my life, so..... I also keep the foot pedal in the boat, and use it on occasion.

Ordered the Link emote cradle and a small ram mount to go below/next to my 1199si.
Ran the karabiner strap through the hole in the remote. Still fits in cradle with strap attached.
Usually hook it to by belt loop, but can attach the lanyard if I want.

Mainly a crappie fisherman, so it is in my left hand if I am jigging. I have it on a lanyard and at the end of the day, put it around the steering wheel. Always in the boat that way. A total if 3 on lanyards, file for hook sharpening and second is a line trimmer as needed. Works very good for ne.

Shows what I know. I wasn't aware they made a cradle for the remote.
