    Default Battery Connections

Does anyone use a buss bar at the battery? I have multiple wires on each post. The ring terminals keep getting damaged and I also have trouble with wires staying crimped in the terminals. I might use a lug to connect all wires to post, but would like others input on options.

Have used the one from Johnny Ray. Goes over post for main connection then I think it has 3 or 4 screw connections for smaller wire. Works good.

I use the MinnKota Quick Connectors. You can attach/clamp multiple wires to each quick release connector.
They work on a cam action mechanism that attaches securely to the battery post and can be quickly released for removal.
They also provide a protective cover to eliminate accidental grounding/shorts.
Here's a link to a vendor with info on them; Battery Connectors MK-BC-1 | Trollingmotors.net
They retail for $24.00 per set (2 connectors) but Amazon has them currently for $19.
    Hope this helps!
