Default Real DI with a 1199?

I have an 1199 and a 360 on Rickie's adapter and my transducer for the 1199 mounted on the same adapter. I almost never use the SI even though the SI for the 1199 is superior to the 360. Can I use a transducer for the 1159DI in in place of the 1199SI? I'm pretty sure somebody has already done this. I would appreciate any input.

Rickie, I have read the threads in both forums. Way over my head. Which transducer should I buy to do a direct plug in to my 1199? I don't see me doing a switch. Another question does the Onix have dedicated DI and SI not a computer generated image

    Thanks,

You can use the XNT 9 DI T (200kHz/455kHz 2d - 455kHz/800kHz DI)...which is a transom mount that will mount to the adapter bracket I built you for the da'ducer apparatus® ...

Or you can use the XTM 9 WIDE DI 20 T (83kHz/200kHz 2d - 455kHz/800kHz DI) ...which is a TM style puck and you'll have to adapt it to mount to the adapter bracket I built you for the da'ducer apparatus® ...

The DI will be the same in either ...
The 2d would be a little more effective with the XTM 9 WIDE DI 20 T because the 1199 transmits the 83kHz/200kHz ...
