Sorry for taking so long I couldn't log in. The chip was not changed so I live with it i guess thats the end will stick with the navionic dang it I bought it in a store they would not deal with it so I lose out a lot of people have had problems with Gander Mountain last time i buy there it was old inventory i paid for the latest

Well, it seems like you should get some kind of explanation from H'bird. In one of your posts, you said they were sending another chip, then it was the same chip....did H'bird make an error and return the bad chip? I haven't seen any recent posts on here from the H'bird reps.....I would like to see what they have to say. Even if H'bird can't/won't help you out, they still owe you an explanation. I understand why the retailer refuses to take back the chip. It seems like they all refuse to take back any electronics that have been opened. But it seems like if the "write protection" is still functioning, then the manufacturer owes you an explanation.

could it be that you zoomed in so far that what you''re seeing is the reef and nothing else? just a thought.

one of the reefs is Vincient reef on Green bay the other is Maccos and also Volks its like they don't exist. I'm not zoomed in to far they were on an older chip but on this one all there is is contour lines . Will do a screen shot and post it. Iconpared it to friends and his shows the reefs
