    Greg is humminbirdpc and hummviewer two different things ? I wanted hummviewer but only saw humminbirdpc on the website

    HummViewer is made by someone else. Humminbird only has the HumminbirdPC program.

    I have been trying to download the wrong thing all this time............................... well gotta just laugh ! Thanks for everyones help. Will try to download HumViewer later today.

    Luck still at 100% bad. Downloaded Humviewer, it will not open either.

    Finally got Humviewer installed ( with ALOT of help from Rickie ) Now can someone tell me how to get snapshots from the SD card to humviewer ?

    Answered in PM ...

    But for others that may be following ...

    Humviewer is a HB recording viewer ... Not a snapshot viewer ...

    The HB snapshots will be on the SD Card in a folder named "SNAPSHOTS" ...

    Inside this "SNAPSHOTS" folder will be 2 files associated with each snapshot ...:

    * The .PNG file (this is the actual snapshot that Windows or Mac should open by double clicking on it) ...
    * The .dat file (this is the data file the HB unit uses to associate with the snapshot) ...
