I have a pontoon with a starting battery, a deep cycle for lights, depthfinders, & bait tank, and a gel cell battery up front for the trolling motor. My question is, can I hook them all up to a 3 bank on board charger. I have been using a 10 amp automatic charger to charge them individually and it seems to do OK. Thanks.

depends on the charger some of them are multi use and will work so make sure the one you get will work on either kind of battery

If it's really a gel, you'll need to shop for a charger that allows you to select battery type for each bank and that is gel capable. Gels aren't very common for boat use, but they are the most sensitive to charging issues. AGMs have most of the advantages of gels and are much more robust, so they've pretty well replaced them in many applications.
Thanks. I checked, the battery is an AGM, Optima Blue Top, and the charger says it will work with either type so I think I am good.
