The yellow wire is a wake up signal for other accessories. If you have a LSS2 module and connect the yellow wires together the module will power on and off when the depth finder is turned on and off.

Calibrate your screen for your personal touch. I wear glasses, so my actual screen touch spots were a little off from the mfg settings.
