I have not gotten my side scan set up yet, so I can only go by what others have offered. It looks like two columns to me.(bridge?) In the DI image you can see them vertically in the picture and in the side image you can see the "shadow" they cast out each side, which would tell me you drove right between them.
Now I will probably find out I am so far out in left field I can't see home plate.

Ray you are dead on. But do you see the brush piles in the pics as well?

Yes now I do, but I was so focused on the bigger objects I did not pay attention to them. Why is the DI image so compressed? Looks like there is a school of fish suspended over some brush but it is hard to tell with such a small area shown. Is it because you are looking out 60 feet on both sides so the scale is 60 there also?

The DI shot looks compressed because of the setting in Humviewer ...

Right clicking on the image and increasing the "Crop" settings will make the water column in the DI shot look more natural ...

you went inbetween the columns ,one on left side and one on right close enough that the opposite side pick up the column a little, this is why it looks like 2 column on each side, when it is only one on each side,to get a better pic of that brush, go full screen by hitting a full screen view while it is still on screen or hit cusor to stop screen and play with it,may want to blow it up,or use one side to help

People have been putting brush piles next to concrete bridge pilings for some time to attract more crappie there. We have lots of brush around our bridges here.
