    Some finders have two sd card slots so that you may put a map card into one, like lakemaster, navionics etc and also record on the other card.

    I AM GOING TO RECORD A CREEK CHANNEL FOR STUMPS AND LOGS IN ABOUT 30 FEET OF WATER,WANT TO RECORD ABOUT 200 YARDS TO THE RIVER CHANNEL,WOULD IT BE BETTER TO ZIZ-ZAG OR TRY FOLLOW THE CHANNEL FOR BEST VIEW,HOW WOULD U GUYS DO IT

    Zigzagging will create a "Smear" in the SI image on the outbound edge of each turn ...

    Straight line scanning creates a better pic ...

    Plus it's easier to visualize where each piece of structure lies when the centerline (boat path) is consistently straight ...because the SI image centerline gives the "mind's eye" a reference point to understand ...
