Default Lowrance 522 losing GPS signal

I have this unit on my bow and is losing the GPS signal more often and taking longer to find it again. Any fix for this?

Get a 3000 puck. I had to do that to fix mine.

Thanks I may have to see if I can find a used one. Unit is too old for me to add a lot to it. All I use for is my lake maps on the bow.

Do you have any other Lowrance units with GPS on the boat?
