Default Structure Scan on Trolling Motor

Anyone have Structure Scan mounted on your trolling motor? How does it work when you move the motor around? Do you like it there?

Works good for the down scan but i have not had much luck on the side scan although i have not worked with it much. The main thing is that when you see the structure on the screen you know that you are passing directly over it. I use a split screen with normal screen and down scan side by side. the cone from the normal locater indicates structure before i see it on my down scan. so its kinda like you see it coming get ready.

Mine is mount on the TM. It will leave "hash marks" when you move the tm foot. I have us2, so I have an excellent di/2d overlay image. I like this arrangement. You can see the horizontal lines in the pic below. Doesn't bother me at all.

DI on left. DI overlaid on 2d right. DI overlay is set at 65%.

Do you have a picture of how you mounted the transducers on the TM?
