Thread: Lake Maps Navionics

This is the Navionics iphone app which has the same 1 foot contour level of detail as my Navionic Premium East card..
(the overlayed icon tools are part of the iphone app..they would not be on the map card for a HB unit)..

This is an area of the nothern end of Kentucky Lake..

Yep the navionics blows the contour xd maps out off the water !!!! I'm waiting for the TN lakemaster MAPS!! They have some cool features

Here are a couple of Screen Snapshots from a 798 unit using an older Navionics Premium South HotMaps card. The 798 uses the same display as the 788ci does, so yours will look the same. This is from Lake Sidney Lanier which is one of the “HD” lakes on the Navionics map card – sorry I don’t have a HotMaps Premium East map card (NC is in their East region).

I have a question, will the navionics gold I believe it is, that I bought for my 597ci HD di also work in my new 798ci HD di si combo? I had intended to buy the platinum for the 798, but its not available for the 700 series,
