    I got the HDS 8, 8 & 10 have 2 slots. I got spoiled with two slots when I had a 997, one slot was map card other for picts which I did a lot of @ all my favorite spots. This way I never had to be taking sandisk sdhc card in & out while in boat.
    I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.....

    since you have all these cards, lets see some pictures. i am having a difficult time figuring out how to read the si. when i go by a seawall, mine still shows brush---how is that possible.

    you all must have clearer water than me , my downscan looks good, but not nearly as clear as yours.

    if you have not found this on the lowrance website, i found it somewhat helpful in looking at their settings, vs the lake clarity,and depth.

    i am now working on the si. i go past a canal on one side with the motor out of the way, and all i still see is brush. anybody feel like they are doing real well with si, to pitch in here
