    i missed everyone so just thought i would give it a little BUMP! The screen captures i have been seeing are awesome, how far we have all come since last winter. looking forward to sharing a lot more with everyone this crappie season now that we have become more familiar with our units.     I would like some input, from the fisherman that have updated the june 2011 on the Lowrance hds. Do you see a picture difference, or operating difference, after the upgrade? if so, what differences did you see?

    I updated to 4.0. I didn't notice much difference in the picture quality. I know there is another update after that but I didn't do it. There wasn't anything there that interested me.

    fyi i asked lowrance what the june 2011 update was to do and they said one of the upgrades improved the sonar and structure scan pics even more----------??
    what do you think Cane Pole, course some of you , are in the clearest water with the clearest screen pics ever, i may be able to tell the difference once i get moving
