    I'm guessing 35ft?? Like I said it's not a brushpile but I do the same thing for brush. ie cluster of waypoints on the edges of it using SI.

    My structure might be 6'-8' in diameter, I'm afraid if I marked both sides the waypoints would be on top of each other. I might could seperate them with the zoom. I will give it a shot... Thanks

    BTW where did you go after you marked the tree before you came back 10 minutes later,lol.

    Thats exactly what I do. ie zoom in. It's more accurate that way

    T Mike, you can't do that below .5mph. Lots of the stuff (and I mean lots of stuff) I have marked is usually 20-30 feet apart. Impossible to fish effectively using the HB gps.

    Canepole. Don't say can't. Not only do I fish brushpiles with GPS, I have done it for 4 years now usng the method described above. . I'm not saying things can't be improved upon.
