No copilot. I pilot is a smarter copilot. The mux will transfer between foot or Ipilot control manually. No automatic switching. Too much involved to make it automatic (but doable).

One position is Ipilot. Other position is foot control. You gotta choose. This keeps the circuitry simple.

Retired.. Did 24 yrs in AF and now work as civilian on Air Base in Italy. I have a 14' Fisher with a 30 Hp 4 stroke and powerdrive v2 on front. Bass and Walleye mostly here but love pan fish when I get home to Indy. I just put the Ipilot on the powerdrive and was already used to fishing without a pedal hooked up using copilot but its nice to know you have the pedal if the remote goes the way of the wind lol... I put the board and hook ups in the boat so I could swap all back out in an emergency but your box looks too good to pass up.
