    Default 'Bird TD repair

Not built to take much punishment in the first place, I broke a retainer off of my TM 'ducer. Used an old CB antenna whip to make what look like staples, then had to put em in a vise to bend em 90 deg. Drilled a few holes, tweaked em to lay flat without help, and poured a quick set epoxy to stick it all together. Redneck technology at it's finest. Thought this might save someone a couple of bucks. Pardon my poor photo's.
