    Default unbalanced trolling motor blade

so i have this oldish trolling motor that i use on my little jonboat and its kinda loud. the blade is slightly off balance and i think the bearings are goin out. now if i had the money, i would replace it. but seein as i dont, i make due with what i got. does this affect my fishing? do i, or would i scare fish off?
