did someone post something about the ipilot being upgraded from last year? or did i dream that, as im getting ready to buy mine to add to my terrova

I am wanting to move my Terrova between boats. I have the 12 volt TM with the quick release mount (plastic type). Can you buy just the part that mounts to the boat deck or will I have to buy the whole unit to get the base part??

I've never seen only a puck for sale. Maybe the auction site?

I forgot to update my post. You can order just the puck that mounts to the boat deck from MinnKota. Makes it a snap to move between boats.

First you do have the TM deployed? I did that once and nothing
The original remotes some of the replacement batteries didn't fit exact. they looked like it was ok but needed to bend up one of the tabs for it to get contact.

Thanks barnacle bill, I can't seem to locate my owner's manual.

Anybody know how to turn on Auto Pilot from the legacy remote,, I have no problem with the foot control.
